I've tried a utility called Unetbootin but that doesn't detect the drive - it's a known problem according to a quick search. How else can I write a bootable image (ISO) of XP Setup to a flash drive?

I'll be honest, at this point I'd just start googling "XP on a USB drive" and see what I get.

Put the XP disc in and then duplicate it to the USB stick.
