Do you have Screen Space Reflections turned on? On the PC version that can be a major hit even on high end systems from reading this thread.
Shadow Resolution can also cause big performance hits if turned up I believe.

Problem seemed to be the in game V sync. Without it, it tears like mad though. Trying to force it externally.

No idea. Just turned it off for the night.

I'm about to fire the cannon at deathsheads compound and rescue the prisoners.

I've gave it a go - on Chapter 4 now and I'm really enjoying it. It's like Classic FPS that has some modern gameplay things and it actually works out very well.

I'm so glad I can now hold more than two different weapons. Dualwielding is soooooooo fun.

It's a shooter you don't actually do a great deal of shooting in, it feels like. I still like it, though, getting my stab on.

Still early in, so I can't comment much on that but I personally felt it was good amount of shooting - and you can do it stealthy or go mayhem, and there's few options to tackle the levels which is rather cool. I'll see how it goes when I keep playing it.

Last one it feels like there's only one path to end of the level, whereabouts in this you have few paths to use.

I've just freed Set Roth. Good stuff, so far. Think I've played for like 5 hours straight, which isn't something that happens often. Been playing with a pad as well, so the shootan' isn't really that amazing. Need to set my PC up on a desk tomorrow for some work so will play it with KBM and see how that is.

The AI in the stealth sections is really as dumb as that clip showed, though.

I'm not the fastest of gamers as I like to look around corners and search for stuff, which this game actually encourages. So far I'm on chapter 13 and I've played 13 and a half hours. Take away an hour of me just strawberry floating around with the settings and Nvidia control tab. It's nice to see the developers making a realistic estimate of their games length. On top of that there is the choice of replaying it in the other time line.
There are parts of this game that give me a strong Half Life 2 vibe as well as Escape from Butcher Bay. In short this is one of the best FPS games that I've played in bloody years!

The moon level was mud much better than I expected. Wish they'd let us keep the laser rifle though

Regarding the AI, when if full out assault mode they are pretty aggressive. The stealth stuff is a bit lame. But the kill animations are varied enough to make it fun

Seem to be hitting a consistent 60fps now I've forced V sync. Really odd. Everything on Medium, though. Screens below.

Just realised how easy it is to convert FRAPS bitmaps to (good) jpeg, too, which is handy.

Just finished it. Spoilers below.

The
ending was just a bit, well, :( poor blasko sacrificing himself :(

For all the fun I had shooting the gooseberry fool out of everything, the story, especially the flashbacks at the end were really disturbing and very well handled.

Bravo Bethesda, i have a new favourite xbox one game. The end credits are also something I don't expect ( music wise) after finishing a FPS.

Shows that when done right you can have a blast and still have a decent storyline. Game never struggled once either with everything going on towards the end.

I'll agree that stealth is bit gooseberry fool in this in terms of enemy AI  I was sneaking around but a guard saw me... and he walked away without a fuss

Going to do few more levels tonight.
