What invention yet to be invented would be an absolute must-buy if it got invented in the next 24 hours?

For instance, for me it would be a hoverboard. That wouldn't even be a question and I can barely skateboard!

What large or even small inventions would you buy in an instant?

I want a solar panel breakthrough so they become efficient enough that you can just buy a solar panelled umbrella, stick it in your garden, and it would power your whole house.

Do you suffer from tinnitus, Mommy? I've had the condition in my left ear for about five years now. Sadly, no sign of cure or any chance of a penis enlargement, either. :(
