I was disappointed that they took the belts off of Kaz and Daniels, though. Those two are seriously entertaining together and make a great team.

Chris Masters and Trina Michaels were both at the July 7 IMPACT WRESTLING show last week. Masters worked a dark match before going Live, losing to Robbie E. He got a good reaction from the crowd. Masters had worked for Ring Ka King and Jeff Jarrett was very high on him there, however Jarrett has no decision making power in regards to talent.

Trina Michaels didn’t wrestle but had a meeting trying to push the idea of a feud with Brooke Hogan.

Eric Bischoff really wasn't high on bringing in Chyna, & was even less impressed when she jumped over to porn afterwards as it makes the company look bad. So with that being said, I really can't see them bringing in someone that synonymous with the porn industry.

At the mo it seems rather silly when it's bloody obvious that one man is playing himself and his brother and has a bit of a non wrestling match with someone else.

I suppose it's a bit like Mick Foley with Dude Love, Mankind and Cactus Jack (although all three could wrestle). One possible scenario as this continues to play out is that it's revealed he has some sort of split personality disorder.

Triple H is now listed as the Executive Vice President of Talent Relations, instead of John Laurinaitis. It’s simply a case of formalizing what has been the case for a while now, as John Laurinaitis has worked under Triple H, and HHH has hired new people like Canyon Cemen (former Stanford volleyball star) and Jane Geddes (offices of the LPGA and a former golfer). Jane Geddes is Vice President of Talent Relations and is doing a lot of the work previously done by Laurinaitis. Cemen meanwhile is running Talent Development and reporting to Triple H. Laurinaitis has little or nothing to do with the department, who has had many of his duties reduced. The expectation is his job will be changed in some form down the line. John Laurinaitis is still booking the house shows, although Creative are now more involved in that as there is a movement to make Live Events more like television. He’s also doing talent payroll but spending more time on the road as talent.

There are advertisements playing in some markets with John Laurinaitis described as The Assistant to the Board of Directors. So there were at least plans in place at one point for Laurinaitis to lose his TV roles of Head of Talent Relations and General Manager of RAW and SmackDown.

This is all we need, MORE authority figures in fictitious roles. I guess this makes Eve the Assistant to the Assistant of the Board of Directors. Or something.

I'd quite like that to be honest. The problem I have with Abyss is that the character isn't particularly good. With Joesph Park, he can have Park be the charcter and Abyss the in ring monster.

I love the way he plays Park. Reminds me very much of Paul Bearer.
