I downloaded Psychonauts ages ago and never got round to playing it, this sounds like a good excuse to finally play it, even if I did vote for Paper Mario.

Denster, do you have a 360 (I'm guessing you do because of the Live tag in your profile)? Psychonauts is one of the original Xbox games that can be played on a 360. Problemo solvedo.

Aaaaaaaaaaaaaand Psychonauts has won. It's been a while since I've played so I can't think of a suitable plan for playing through, but as I remember it being relatively short I'm thinking it'll be somewhere between two weeks or three in length?

The way it's worked in the past is that checkpoints are set up, and players are given a week to reach them before the group collectively moves onto the next step. This worked well for Paper Mario: The Thousand Year Door as the game was broken down into chapters, and each chapter was worth a solid 5 hours of playtime, plus general exploration, sidequests and challenges for those that wish to seek them.

Psychonauts does have levels (brilliant ones) and a connecting hub world with hidden items, so in theory it fits the template really well. However it is a damn sight shorter than Paper Mario, I seem to remember beating it in about ten hours, which is why I suggested half a month for completion.
