My parents have sold their house in Bedford and I've sold some furniture for them on eBay. I clearly stated on every auction that collection could only be made on weekends (as none of us are living there anymore - though I didn't state that on the auction for security reasons..) and messaged all the winners giving my mum's mobile number asking them to liaise with her regarding collection of items.

I've had at least two messages to my eBay account asking if they can collect during the week and about 3 more asking to arrange for collection.

Similar sort of thing used to happen to me on ebay a while back, I'd clearly state uk bidders only in big red letters, then I'd get some div from planet zsa zsa or wherever asking how much the postage will be . Can these people not read or are they mildly retarded.

What's worse is when you go out of your way to find out how much postage will be for them and they don't even bid on the item

Buses.

What the hell do you have to do to make a bus stop in Newcastle? Are you supposed to jump in front of it? Throw a brick? Totally pissed off that twice now, two buses that are meant to stop for me have completely ignored me. Doesn't help that Nexus is strawberry floating useless at times. I can have, ooh, ten different bus stops to guess where a specific bus I want might be stopping at, because the web site only gives me a street.

Their asshole ticket office to renew is usually only open from 8.30 till 5 during the week, making it pretty much impossible for me to renew and get to work on time, particularly considering bus drivers may choose to ignore me and their web site can't tell me where to actually get a bus from.

London buses are actually really good. Only things are that they can get extremely overcrowded at peak times and that you can't interconnect journeys as you part a flat rate for each bus trip.

Yeah, the London bus service is cracking! When you consider the millions of people, places, stops, disruptions and volatile weather they put up with they've done a bloody good job! It was the same for Edinburgh, they still have a good bus service, so why they decided to spend 400m on a bloody tram is beyond me.
