Hi. I've been digitising my CD collection and adding it to iTunes and using iTunes match.
Files format of my music is .mp3s and .m4as.
iTunes has not been able to find the cover art all music. Is there an easy and safe way to find cover art for my collection and add it in iTunes.

Additionally you can add embed the cover art direct to the mp3/m4a so you can see a preview of it whenever the file is selected in Windows explorer. Is it actually better to do this and how do I find the art? Thanks!

I've found the painful way of hunting the album down on google images to be more reliable than any software :shifty:

Musicbrainz Picard should do the trick. It'll download the cover for you and should add it to the metadata.

Thanks for your answers everyone. I've learnt some things. Adding a pic to a track in iTunes actually adds it to the metadata of the track which makes the process easy. Standard resolution for images is meant to be 300x300. Which coincidentally happens to be the size of most cover art found on Amazon.

Lovely. :)
