"Ref didn't see it"

I might need to see it again to be sure, but from what i remember Truth/HHH were fighting near the time-keeper and Nash clocked HHH with a punch or something. I'm guessing while that was happening the ref was watching Punk and Miz while they were in the ring. I can't remember where the ref was though when they hit their double finisher on Punk though.

I just watched it again, the whole reason the ref didn't see Miz and Truth double team Punk was due to being distracted by Nash's interference. Even more stupid because the way Truth entered the ring meant he would have to run past the ref's line of vision. :fp:

Having seen the whole PPV it was pretty pants until Big Show and Henry started. Serious credit to those two as they put on an incredible match without the need for tables and chairs. I seriously thought it would be rubbish without a no DQ gimmick but it was very impressive seeing them lift each other and whilst the ending has been done it was still awesome.

Del Rio and Cena was also very good, the broken ring really added to the uniqueness although Cena's unpopularity is a bit of a crowd killer now.

Hopefully Cena can now move into the shitty conspiracy story and they can shift the momentum back behind Punk before they really kill off his push. Also, whilst I liked Cena's new T Shirt I hope it is a one off anti bullying thing as I can see that really winding me up as Cena uses the slogan as an excuse to stay face.

I would have liked some more in-ring action, but overall I thought this week's IMPACT WRESTLING was strawberry floating excellent. The promo work from start to finish was phenomenal, the crowd - who were genuinely into nearly everything the entire programme - added to the show dramatically, they really did the hard sell on Velvet Sky (you'd never see anything like this on WWE for the Divas), & in the parameters of this show, everything was clearly explained & made sense (though why Sting/Carter hasn't fired Bischoff remains a mystery to me). Things felt like they were heading off in new directions on this show.

I'd definitely catch or record the replay tomorrow night on Challenge. I wouldn't want to see every week have so little wrestling on it, but on entertainment value alone, this was by far my favourite weekly wrestling show in quite some time.

For those going to any of the UK house shows, WWE have announced Randy Orton & Big Show vs. Cody Rhodes & Mark Henry, Big Show vs. Mark Henry and John Cena vs. Alberto Del Rio as some of the matches on the card.

@ KKLEIN, I read that Bischoff was there on behalf of the network. No idea if it's true as I haven't watched iMPACT! in ages, but he's supposed to be close with Spike TV irl.

Oh, & no Anderson on this week either.

I don't usually like all the screaming & the women calling each other every name under the sun, but the whole Velvet Sky/Karen/Traci/Gail Kim confrontation/beatdown was excellent. Lots of passion, promo work was some of the best from the Divas/Knockouts in a staggeringly long time & you could actually emphasise with Velvet Sky & Traci Brooks - especially as they'd spent 2 long video packages prior delving into Velvet Sky (make up your own jokes as you go along) & seemingly building to Velvet finally coming out to the ring.

Hour and a half just flew by.

Yep, is now. The show at the Manchester MEN Arena has also now changed to 'Limited' to accompany Liverpool.

As far as LMS matches go this Del Rio vs Cena one wasn't half bad you know. That bump Del Rio takes going from the ring to the outside was hilarious

Think I'll have a browse at these then!

I'm sure The Rock said on twitter that he's in town for Raw tonight too.
