4 Zelda games were broadcast over the SNES's Satellaview; a remake of Zelda 1, a remake of the second quest of Zelda 1, A Link To The Past and Ancient Stone Tablets.
Long story short, Ancient is an official semi-sequel to A Link To The Past which was broadcast over the SNES's BS system in four parts. Each part (or week) takes less than an hour to complete and has 2 dungeons in each. When you've completed one, move onto the next by renaming your save file with the next week's ROM name.
You don't play as Link, but rather a young boy or girl who has been taken into Hyrule. It's hinted that Link is on his boat in Link's Awakening at the time of the game.
I've just beaten the 3rd dungeon and it's a fun, micro-sized Zelda that's worth 3 to 4 hours of your time. It also features weather effects and special events that were originally triggered, and voiced, by a live commentator every week.
And done. An easy bit of fun that's a good way to kill a couple of hours. I could probably run through this with ease in under 90 minutes now (you don't need to spend the entire hour per 'week' playing; as soon as you have the 2 Stone Tablets you can move on).
