I would say as much as it might be a +EV spot (the majority of the time) - the likelyhood that you will get a much better spot later are surely +EV. You definitely don't want him to call, and with too many calling stations out there willing to call with A-J, A-10 etc I would err on the side of caution. You don't neccesarily have to take down every hand when you are ahead, make every single best possible decision - just take the ones that lead you to being propelled to win. I am not a fan of K-Q, and especially K-Qo - thats a hand I'd want to be shipping, not be re-shipping over some-one else.
I basically agree with this. Even if it's a tiny bit more +ev to make the shove, i'd rather skip it and find much better spots later on.
Although if it is a 180-man and you are 6-tabling them or something then i'l be more likely to do the shove, but in a scheduled MTT I think I play safe and wait for a better chance.
