Ubisoft really must try harder. If they're going for this sort of gameplay (and in a bloody jungle), at least try to match Crysis. It all looked really poorly done. Off colours, bad animations, effects etc not lining up properly and looking funny, terrible sound, poor looking gun play. And are we still not past little barely-interactive cutscenes to link different sections?
Could be good, but Ubisoft have a terrible habit of coming up with cool back-of-the-box features for a game that never quite come together into a whole. See: Assassin's Creed, FarCry 2, Various Splinter Cells etc
I do agree with the last paragraph there but the rest is confusing to me. This obviously isn't trying to push the boundaries of realism like Crysis or Battlefield: it's highly stylised and probably has more in common, graphically, with Borderlands. I think it looks amazing.
