Don't start killing players off until a bit later on, unless they're inactive. I was going to use Manuel to do that just to stop them from ruining the game. It's why I killed Kanbei.

Don't forget I had a golden gun when I get ambushed

I HAD A GOLDEN GUN and I've got mad skillz from my years of playing FPSes. I could've done it.

Well I felt we lacked any real direction. I didn't know what to do for a lot of the game so just sent Ninja's off on quests just to "see what would happen" as I didn't seem to have a goal or objective to meet. In the end I set my own which was to just cause havoc and, once found out, be the last man standing.

As an addition to that, I didn't see any reason to co-operate with anyone. Again, an overarching objective here would have helped, perhaps player specific skills that mean we do have to work together. Of course, we'll be given options to betray and backstab like every AQ.

Oh, and don't PM players at 9pm on the final night giving them new information making them rush their final turn. I was this close to missing it and going out, and you saw how drunk I was when I got back.

I had a plan for the game. I was going to explore and generally be awesome.

Paid off, too. I got a Golden gun, then became a Knight.

I was initially going for an overarching objective but some of the "quests" if you can call them that ended pretty quickly. I'd agree about not having any specific direction. Something to try and fix up next time. Will probably be a long wait, this game wasn't easy to run.
