I do love reading a review of a bad game, there's nothing like being able to see a reviewer let rip and completely crush something. Good stuff.

Heh, thanks. It was definitely more fun to write than it was to play, that's for sure. I always feel a bit guilty tearing into someone's work, but, well, if it's rubbish, it's rubbish. Conscience slightly soothed by the fact it's a tie-in.

Here's some (slightly belated) stuff...

Nier review, by Raze! http://bit.ly/bklj8K (Really good stuff, this, do have a read)

Dead to Rights: Retribution review, by me! http://bit.ly/9xx8Ny

There's lots of other stuff too. I haven't updated, as I've been away, getting married (as you may see!)

Enjoy, comment. Etc.

I have no idea why I'm interested in DtR:R, though I do like my shooters. Might wait till it gets a bit cheaper, but yeah great review there Thongings!

Also, you played Alan Wake yet at all? I'm interested in what you think of the game, as the comments I see everywhere (inlcluding other sites) are really getting me down :(.

Dead to Rights is great fun. Generic as all hell, instantly forgettable, but solidly built and I genuinely enjoyed every second I did spend with it. Though I would say either rent it or wait until the price comes down, which I imagine won't be too long.

I haven't played Alan Wake yet, sadly. But Nick Cowen has and has doodled a review: http://bit.ly/c0vTgD

Very nice review there of Alan Wake, and has sent my hype for the game through the roof once again! It's like being on a see-saw here; one minute I'm disappointed, the next I'm giddy with excitement. I'm sure I'll love it.

Well, not to confuse you even further, having played a decent chunk of Alan Wake now I don't entirely agree with Nick. It's a good game, don't get me wrong, but it just isn't that good. This is all my opinion, of course, but I think if people temper their expectations a little they will have a great time.

Having said that, I haven't finished it yet, and the Episode I finished last night was superb.

Anyway, here's an interview with Sam Lake: http://www.telegraph.co.uk/technology/v ... rview.html

I HAS DID SOME WRITTEN

First up, a belated but deserved and heartfelt review of Super Street Fighter IV: http://www.telegraph.co.uk/technology/v ... eview.html

While you're at it, check out this video: http://www.telegraph.co.uk/technology/v ... elite.html

I spoke to a group of lads at Gamerbase in Trocadero about SSFIV, not just any lads, mind, but some of the UK's top players Including Ryan Hart (Euro champ) and the dude he fought in the Paddy Power thing. Good stuff, really eloquent passionate dudes.

And lastly, a little look at the chequered history of video game movie adaptations: http://www.telegraph.co.uk/culture/film ... -film.html Interested in your comments on this'un. For the record, this is HOLLYWOOD stuff, which is why I haven't spoken of the rather good animations someone's mentioned there.

Oh my, that leaderboard function for singleplayer sounds like one of the most obvious yet brilliant inclusions I can imagine for Blur. Good review.

Raze has reviewed Alpha Protocol. You all should really, really read it. I genuinely believe it's the best review of it out there.

http://www.telegraph.co.uk/technology/v ... eview.html

And Nick interviews Bizarre about Blur. http://www.telegraph.co.uk/technology/v ... rview.html

Yeah I read the AP review and I agree with him (and it's very well written too). Posted my thoughts on the game in the official topic. Damn does it infuriate me! :x

Haven't posted in here for a while, but thought I'd dump a few links for your reading pleasure.

Lego Harry Potter years 1-4 review (me): http://bit.ly/9CIs7K

Transformers review (me): http://www.telegraph.co.uk/technology/v ... eview.html

Naughty Bear review (Raze): http://www.telegraph.co.uk/technology/v ... eview.html

Joe Danger review (Martin Gaston): http://www.telegraph.co.uk/technology/v ... eview.html

And last but certainly not least, Nick went to E3 and did STUFF, including previews of Rage, Kinect, FIFA11, CoD: Black Ops. We have an E3 page with that on: http://www.telegraph.co.uk/technology/e3/

Still noone comments. :(
Say hello so it doesn't look like we're talking to ourselves for 1500 words at a time.
