It had one. Although admittedly it was a rather good main event.

Well I've been lurking their ages and a lot of them know their stuff. You get a load of idiots of course but they mainly cry whenever Christian loses. It's crazy how much they complain about wrestlers "jobbing" just because they lost :fp: Helps that they don't just watch wrestling to complain about it like half of this thread too

PS: Joking!

Every match last night seemed to go on for too long except Orton/Swagger and Rey/Punk which I'd have happily watched more of. I don't know how putting Edge and Jericho in the same ring managed to turn out to be so dull more than anything. Probably should have spent less time pissing about at the top of the cage. The ending to the main event offended me with it's shiteness.

I lasted 'til the start of the Diva's match. *cough*

strawberry floating awful show, the only decent match was Punk Vs. Rey, which was far more enjoyable than their Mania match. Was nice to see Bret come out with the Hart Dynasty and their subsequent victory. It's about time this team gets some loving from the higher-ups. + 3 faith in the WWE

Triple H Vs. Sheamus was remarkably dull from start to finish and somehow managed to be worse than Swagger Vs. Orton, still, the right people won their respective matches. - 10 faith in the WWE. + 2 faith in the WWE.

I'll try and catch Edge Vs. Jericho to see if it can save this show, but it would have to be one hell of a great match for it to even stand a chance.

Also, say what you like about TNA PPV's, but you're always guaranteed some excellent matches from the majority of the wrestlers.

Lucien wrote:Did anyone catch Striker's line that went something like this...

It went something like that, but his idea was him saying Beckham had difficulty and presumably his work is easier since it just involves the world, but Edge's work is GLOBAL.

I thought he just called them world class athletes...

I propose a new question for the next GRAPL. "Teddy Long to schedule a match during the PPV (Yes/No)". It'd be worth 100 points.

I'm watching Cena/Dave at the moment, and Matt Striker is making it near unwatchable. He's such a strawberry floating retard.

Extreme Rules was last night and the general consensus in the thread was that it wasn't good. I've had to read the spoilers to mark these and it sounds a bit odd. Some semi-TNA booking in effect. Anyway on with the first batch of results for season 3 of GRAPL.

WWE: Extreme Rules
Lucien - 14
Jim - 13
Mockmaster - 13
ROTS - 13
Gaminglegend - 12
Cuttooth - 12
Skippy + 12
Balloon Sod - 12
Sw26 - 12
E-Man - 12
Ryan0rz - 12
Drumstick - 12
Prototype - 12
Teh Bork - 12
Sykes - 12
Baron Zemo - 11
Adam Pollard - 11
Cardinal Chunder - 11
Lonestar - 11
Pell - 11
Dante - 11
Hank Scorpio - 11
Jam Master Jay - 11
Phatman - 11
CuriousOyster - 10
BOHero - 10
Trebell - 10
Iron Maiden - 10
Irene Demova - 9
Zellery - 9
KKLEIN - 9
SimonM_89 - 9
AJ Styles - 9
Vishvanath - 8
Cattanomics - 8
Deadpool - 7

So we have our first 100% and it was Lucien. He only watches TNA and yet managed a perfect score :| Maybe the WWE-WACKO-GLASSES need to go into mass production. Interesting to note that Skippy helped Lucien get the JTG results right and it was their convo about which was which that prompted Jim to change his prediction in that match and it cost him a perfect score. Anyway congratulations to Lucien! First winner of season 3, our first recipient of the 5 bonus points prize and the first ever perfect score. ROTS was up there and very almost continued his reign of domination while Zellery turned in a surprisingly low score. Bruised confidence or just warming up? Deadpool also turned in a low score but that wasn't surprising in the slightest.

This was without doubt our highest scoring round ever and lots of new entrants made this the most popular round ever too. Welcome to all those new folk, hope you enjoy the game and stick around for the full year run. Every noob got a good score so we might see some new forerunners break out of the pack. GRAPL is alive people!

GRAPL Leaderboard (out of a possible 19 points)
Lucien - 19
Jim - 13
Mockmaster - 13
ROTS - 13 <---- The Champ is here
Gaminglegend - 12
Cuttooth - 12
Skippy + 12

See you all on 23rd May (strawberry float that's almost a month! :D ) for WWE: Over the Limit.

Is that a PPV of vehicle races performed by inebriated wrestlers or something?

I'm happy with that initial score.

Extreme Rules

Tag Gauntlet - Served it's purpose, not much more.
Punk/Rey - Great match, got a good amount of time and continued the feud. I'm hoping the hooded fella is Colt Cabana but I'm not sure if he's even employed by WWE atm, he was though.
JTG/Shad - Meh
Swagger/Orton - Swagger looked strong but not quite as strong as he did on Raw against Taker but he got the much needed big win which is obviously great to see.
Sheamus/HHH - Very long and quite average. Amazing how much HHH has to go through kayfabe-wise before losing
Women's Match - An Ironing Board  :fp: Better than most Women's matches these days but that doesn't say much.
Edge/Jericho - Match of the Night. Jericho was great throughout ("I gave you a chance you stupid idiot" ) and the codebreaker off the top rope was fantastic.
Cena/Batista - How odd was it seeing Batista apply the figure four? Good match again with plenty of great spots. The barricade spot was unexpected so it came off well, the FU through the table looked fantastic and the ending actually made sense, at least in the context of the match. Neither man could keep the other man so Cena had to resort to that, still funny though. Guess that makes it good, end the feud with the heel losing in an incredibly annoying way
