Extreme Rules is this Sunday so it's time to start up GRAPL: Year 3. Congratulations to the winners of last season but it's time to stop celebrating as now you're back at the bottom. This year there are a few changes some notable, some purely to save my sanity. Not much more to say but READ THE RULES and have fun!
Tag battle will be back very soon. Will figure out when it starts later but the finale will again be at Summerslam. All 3 prize winners were involved in the final so it's worth looking out for.
No draft bonus round this time either. There may be a MiTB bonus round depending on how that PPV turns out.

Rules
1. Deadline for entries is one minute before the PPV starts.
2. Champions' deadline for entry is one minute before midnight the SATURDAY before the PPV.
3. No more mystery prizes. 5 points are awarded for the person(s) coming top. This means you need to go for the win to get the big points. I can change the amount at any time
4. Thanks to 3 there are no more tiebreaks! Except for the finale. Usual tiebreak rules will apply.
5. No more PM entry as no one used it last season.
6. Putting your entry in a spoiler box or making it heard to read will render it null and void.
7. You may put relevant and sensibly sized pictures into predictions like Ginga did but don't go overboard.
8. Keep your prediction simple. Any "and/ors/ifs" , random comments or double predictions will void that question.
9. ANY attempts to cheat will result in a strike. Three strikes and you are perma banned from GRAPL. Strikes have been erased from the previous season, we don't want Zemo going out in the first round.
10. When I ask for a loser or a survivor in the singular then that means you put one name. Loser means the person who submits, is pinned or causes a no contest/DQ. If the DQ is outside interference then the question is ruled out.
11. I am no longer correcting peoples' entries. Only absolute newcomers will get help. If you write down two names by accident or someone who isn't even in the match then it's up to you to spot that.
12. Grand prizes are the same as last year.
13. I can add to or change these rules at any time.
14. No there won't be a TNA GRAPL ran by me or any TNA rounds at all this time. It died a death last time through.
15. All winners of title matches are double points. Only predictions of the winners of titles matches are double any other questions are normal points unless marked otherwise.
16. Any other double points questions will be clearly marked.
17. If you don't read these then ask me things covered here then you are a retard. But if I have missed something or I don't make sense at times then please say so.

Let's get to the card...

I think Orton will win by DQ, keeping the strap on Swagger but technically giving the win to Orton. So yeah, Orton. Couple of quick clarification questions Rog:

You've put Champions' down as plural, does that mean "prize places" or does it just mean ROTS?

Is prediction changing still ok until the deadline? Want to make sure in case I make a change and get strawberry floated later on.

Should have said the deadline only affects ROTS.

Of course you can change your predictions up to the deadline :fp:

EDIT: @ Lucien.........Dixie is strawberry floating clueless. She actually thinks Russo is some misunderstood visionary :fp: People saying they liked the lockbox gooseberry fool :fp:

Believe Russo was the reason behind the successfull WWF attitude era & meteoric rise of stars like The Rock, Triple H & 'Stone Cold'.

No he wasn't :| Rock and Stone Cold were flukes. Creative gave up on them so they came up with the characters themselves. The Stone Cold personality started in ECW and Steve developed it into the WWE version. SHe has been fed a load of gooseberry fool and she's believing it. Why does no one tell her Russo is full of bullshit. What does he have over everyone?!

Update on Daffney's injury ... strawberry float me I would have shat myself.

Daffney has posted a new blog entry, discussing her recent injury, here is what she had to say…
Hello Daffanatics!

Just wanted to write ya'll a note to give you a little more info about lil 'ol me. I know my injuries were reported as having a severely bruised sternum, and a really bad stinger (common wrestling/football injury) but I also had a minor concussion. Thankfully - the hit to the head was nowhere near as bad last October when I decided jumping in barbed wire looked like fun.

I sunset flipped my opponent but she stayed standing - then she sat down which caused the bruised sternum. Honestly, after that, I went into auto-pilot mode. I do not remember the rest of the match - even the finishing move (sitdown spinebuster) and the 1-2-3. You can ask any wrestler if they have finished a match while they were unconscious, and almost everyone of them will tell you they have.

Next thing I remember was Andrew Thomas (our awesome ref) saying, "Trainer!" He said I was laying there with my eyes wide open and asked me numerous times if I was okay - but I must have been in my own little world as I recall nothing of that.

When the trainers & everyone came to the ring, our TNA on site trainer came up near my head and I told him that my lower sternum hurt. I also told him my neck hurt - yet felt weird and it felt very warm. He then told me to go ahead and straighten my leg. From the hush that fell and tense vibe in the air, I said, " It's not moving, is it?" They all distracted me with other routine questions. A few minutes later he asked me to wiggle my toes. Same tense air that could be cut with a butter knife. Me: "They're not moving, huh?" The whole time I just stared straight to the top of the Impact Zone and prayed. Everyone around me was saying reassuring things so I just stayed still and answered questions. The next time I was asked to wiggle my toes, I could feel them going - and there was a collected sigh of relief. Stingers - (especially bad ones) can make you go numb for a short while - so once the sensation came back I kept praying, "It's just a stinger. And NO - my sternum/ribs aren't broken..." X-rays at the hospital showed just that. :)

Are you there God? It's me...Daff. :)

SO! Not much one can do for those injuries. A stinger is just VERY scary at first. Then your neck tightens up and is sore - so I have already begun some stretching. The sternum is a deep bruise. So that will just take a little while.... But ya'll know me...I'm a fighter!

Let me also take this opportunity to say how sorry I am to you, Angelina, for injuring your arm. I wish you a very speedy recovery and am SOOOO glad you won't need surgery!!!!

And to Gen AKA LuFisto. Please let's all pray for her. I didn't know about her stroke until I read about my own injuries and was completely shocked. I just saw her at the last Shimmer tapings and she was sweet, bubbly Fisto! I am sending positive energy to you, you crazy Canuck!

Scream on!
Daff

I've noticed since i won the title at Wrestlemania that the guys in the back have been treating me differently. All i hear is talk that i should be disadvantaged this time around to help out the lesser folk, the ones who don't understand how wrestling works. Well you've got what you wanted, and you know what! i love it, i don't need the extra day to anaylse my predictions and copy other people at the last minute. I'm going to win again, coz i'm AWESOME!!!!! 8-)

Ok breaking from character, WTF at those releases!! the Gold standard and Mickie James  Also who the hell is slam master J? :?

Mickie James?! WTF! What the hell are they thinking!?

Hopefully she'll go back to TNA so she's on TV in some form.

She's really unpopular backstage. It doesn't help that she dated Punk, but turned down Batista. The latter has been the downfall of many Divas.
