They had me deliver a special letter to The People's Mod today.

It informed The People's Mod of a new public award that could be bestowed on a player.
How this player was decided, and even when the award was given, was entirely up to The People's Mod.

A democratic vote could have been held next week, or a mad tyrant could give the role to a randomer within minutes.
The choice was his and anything was possible.
It's up to you to decide if the role was just.

MOST TRUSTWORTHY FORUMITE
Being a person of absolute trust, this forumite is given double the voting power on any of our daily votes.
This means he is trusted to vote twice for The People's Mod, as well as vote twice for the Daily Public Bannings.

Of course as only the MOST TRUSTWORTHY FORUMITE can actually be trusted with this role, he is also the only one trusted enough to name his successor.
Yes, making sure that the first, controllable choice is the right one is of the utmost importance. I hope that chance wasn't squandered today.
