If it makes no sense and might seriously injure you for ages, it's CrossFit.

And I would be genuinely embarrassed to do burpees like that guy in a public place.

Apparently a burpee is made up of 2 movements:
1. Hump the floor.
2. Testify!

What's a good food for munching through the day? This will be at work so nothing messy or that needs preparation, and too much fruit tends to get squashed in my bag. I'm thinking nuts, don't know how fatty/nutritious they are though. Without a massive brownie at lunch I tend to get really hungry.

Is there a good and easy to use website or something where you can put in what you ate and it'll tell you how many calories and stuff you've eaten in a day?

Microsoft Excel.

The point being so that you don't have to look up the nutritional values yourself. :|

It's written on the packet. Plus you'd have to look the product up... it's more work. An app + barcode scanner would be better....

I use excel. Took a bit of setting up, but now it's great:

Probably a bit off for things like tea bags, which don't matter anyway, but I'm basically right for the important things.

Forget that.

And you eat the exact same thing every single day?

Nice one. The Android app's got a barcode scanner and all.

I've put on quite a bit of weight recently. Going to move my training to Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday, some cardio in between and try to restrict my intake to somewhere in the region of 2200-2400kcal.

I would avoid getting that obsessive with it. Just eat 3 square meals a day and avoid snacking. It's as simple as that.

Eugh. I triceps still ache like a Mummy Strawberry Floater. I think I should go easy on them today, its not good to strain muscles that ache so much is it? Maybe I'll just stick to cardio as I still want to go today but I feel like weights might kill me.

You should work through DOMS/soreness but not genuine sharp/sudden pain.

Yeah I did in the end. I still wasn't up to scratch, struggled with weights. Not through pain but they just wouldn't do what I wanted.
