Where to bet
Most sites give you an intial match bonus, if they don't don't bother with them. Here is a list of links as to what I think are some of the better sites
William Hill -
http://sports.williamhill.com/bet/en-gb ... tball.html.
+ Best odds on the web as far as Im aware

- You have to deposit at least a tenner though
Paddy Power -

- Odds a considerably worse
- Website is a mess (mobile site is better)
Bet365 -
http://www.bet365.com/home/FlashGen4/WebConsoleApp.asp?

A little guide for beginners
At the request of Joer. A few tips for getting started
Dont chase the big bets..ie don't get dazzled by big odds, we've all done it
Odds: 5/1 - Means you put
£1 on you get
£5 back.
1/5 means you put
£5 on and get
£1 back, generally found when a team is massive favourites
Draw no Bet - Back the team you think will win, if they draw however the bet is void and drops off any accumulator or other type of bet you have
Handicap - Different ways to approach a game where a team is massive favourites on the complete opposite. Say you back Madrid to win but you put them down on
-1 handicap this means whatever the score is at the final whistle
-1 goal off and Madrid still need to win. (er 4-1 becomes 3-1). The same rules apply to a
+ handicap, basically giving teams a goal headstart, so if a game
finishes 0-0 it actually
becomes 1-0 therefore you win.
Over/Under goals - Basically betting on the amount of goals, so instead of picking a winner, you guess how many goal there will be, the more goals the larger the odds, very good for games that have teams that usually score (or let them in) for fun..obviously
