I've logged in to my LF account to try and cancel it online after 11pm, but I can't find any option to do this.

Anyone know where that sodding link is? Or have they removed it altogether!?

when I wanted to cancel I had to phone them, that way they can try talking you out of it etc.

I tried to do this at 11:59pm a few weeks ago. Told me to phone.

Refreshed the page once it'd gone midnight, and I had the ability to do it online.

Just wait until midnight passes, and you'll be fine.

I had to cancel love film over the phone too but I was shocked that even though I've quit the service they still retain my card details . Apparently it's to make it more convenient for me when I realise the error of my ways and goback to them.
