On Facebook, beside the 'Pictures' category there is a number in brackets, for example (23).

How do you get rid of that?

Isn't that showing how many photos you are tagged in? Can't rid it.

That's what I was thinking - In which case how do you find pictures you are tagged in? I've temporarily removed my own pictures, and the number is still there. Does this mean someone else has a tagged picture of me somewhere on their profile?

It means how many photos you are tagged in and the amount of photos you've uploaded

I have more than (1) picture uploaded but that's all it shows. Weird.
