My parents are looking for a cheap printer, decent quality, Black and Colour Prints but also cheap to refill with cartridges....

Anyone got any recommendations?

personally i would go for a cheap laser jet...

it will cost more for the printer than a inkjet and the toners are more when you need new ones but they will last a hell of alot logner and dont dry out so if you are only wanting to do black and white you will save a lot that way

Look at the price of inks first as cheap printers usually have expensive ink.

do not get an HP, that's all I can suggest. Epson or Canon is the way to go.
