I don't know if people already know this (or care) but I've just realised you can claim 50 Stars Points for every Virtual Console ad WiiWare title you've downloaded.

Via the site where you register the Stars codes. On the my account page there's an option called Games and Systems. From there you can see most (don't think it's all) of your download history. For each title on the list you can claim 50 Points.

You have to fill out those tedious questionnaires each time though

Also I think it only goes back so far. The very first batch of titles I downloaded within the first few weeks of getting my Wii aren't listed.

Thanks for the heads up about this yesterday saladman. I had 6 VC and Wiiware titles on my list so added 300 stars to my total

My bad, I should have specified. It's WiiWare and Wii Virtual Console stuff only. I agree that it's fairly sly not to include 3DS stuff.

That took ages. Still, a chance for me to hate on TV Show King to Nintendo. And I have about 700 extra points now.

I hated on Pit Crew Panic. Why did I ever download that rubbish?

I got rid of my Wii a month after launch, whoever bought it has been buying the VC games and I've been collecting the Stars Points as the Wii is registered to my account
