Well tbf it wasn't the 13 year old who was negatively affected by the game, was it? Maybe they should have an upper age limit too. :mrgreen:

The fact they were playing a game is irrelevant. The man obviously knew the kid and the kid was calling him names. Obviously it's wrong to confront the kid and throttle him or whatever, but he was basically asking for it.

I played Call of Duty when I was 13/14. I don't see why that's a problem here. Obviously the adult here is the complete moron.

Yeah the man did know the kid in the real world. The newspapers haven't been specific but I'm guessing he was a 'family friend'.
