Was feeling nostalgic so started to watch a few of these on YouTube (used to watch it every week back in the day). Shame they canned it, it started off pretty poorly but certainly improved over the years with presenters jetting off around the world covering different stories.

What's really funny is the way they make such a big deal about things we now more than take for granted. Virtual Reality is the next big thing

I distictly remember Andy Crane, during a piece on DOOM modding, calling the internet "that most boring of innovations."

I used to love BI though. I was never sure why they replace Violet with Sonja but the Virtual Violet bits were definitely highlights of the second series.
