I use it, mainly for the classic N64 games. Shame Pilotwings has problems, though.

I use it to play Ocarina of Time in proper widescreen. It's a handy tool, and incredibly versatile.

The Rice Video plugin is brilliant, if you can find hi-res texture packs.

I remember hearing about the Project 64, back in the day when I was into gaming though! I broke the analogue stick on one of my controllers in a fit of rage and it all went downhill from there. :(

I use it, mainly for Banjo and some of the old wrestling games. Banjo looks superb in high resolution and widescreen.

Strangely, if it wasn't for Project64, I'd never have downloaded the XBLA versions of the Banjo games.

So... using this 'Project 64' could I get, say, a high res version of Goldeneye, perhaps with a texture pack, using the dual analogue control the 360 pad?

Unfortunately, there is no texture pack for Goldeneye yet.

I got Goldeneye working, assigned the second analogue to C-buttons to simulate dual analogue, but it didn't work too well. Just stuck on the generous auto aim and played with one stick. Awesome as ever. The graphics hold up surprisingly well too.

Have you tried messing around with the control settings in-game, too? Might work better that way.

Played through to wizpig on diddy kong racing. Its mariokart lite but still great fun!

Mariokart 64 is great. Serously thinking of buying a cheap Snes for the original!

Did you get that graphical glitch where the giant stone WizPig head on the hub world is invisible?
