I saw something truly epic yesterday, I wish I'd thought to take a photo.
There was a snake in the back garden and it swallowed a toad then spat it out. The toad was in a right state, it had it guts hanging out but it was still alive and breathing!!!

To make up for the lack of snake/'inside-out but still breathing toad' pics, here is a pic of a spiky caterpillar from a trip to Canada:

This is my favourite. I love seeing the patterns made by the rows of houses, and the reservoirs (?) look so flat and solid from that height.
