After reading Lifehackers guide to adding custom web page apps to Google Chromes tab page, I made this in Photoshop.
The app is simply a link to the GRcade homepage, nothing fancy, but cool to have on the tab page if you like your chrome apps. Easy to spot and click etc.
I've uploaded the folder with the logo and extension script. Download
- extract and place the folder somewhere on your computer (I put mine in my dropbox folder as simply it says on the guide "Dropbox can keep your personal chrome web apps in sync between computers").
- Open up Chrome and go to tools/extensions. Open up the developer mode (top right) and "Load unpacked extension." Navigate to the folder you created and hit OK.
Note: If you move the folder after loading the extension, the app won't display correctly (info on how to pack extensions is in the guide, if you wish to do so).
