Portable games and your DS's PSPs and iPods etc.
Do you play the games with the sound on, or do you mute it?

I quite often play with the sound off which I'd never do with a home console and I'm probably missing out.

What does GRcade do?

Sound on. Use earphones if I'm on the bus or something.

Earphones, even if I'm on my own it's much better than the inbuilt speakers.

With iPod games I have a tendency to use custom soundtracks and just listen to my own stuff through headphones, as you do with an iPod. If they don't allow for that, then I quite often just don't play them (Monkey Island )

Occasionally I have the sound on when I'm playing DS games at home, but rarely. It'd be criminal to play OoT3DS without sound, though
