So, Madden 12 is coming in a couple of months and it looks pretty good! Any perennial Madden fans on here?

Wasn't that impressed with 11 so hopefully this will be a return to form. Looks like the Franchise mode is getting a major update this year and, apparently, the tackling and collision detection has had a major overhaul. About time!

I will add some info to this post later, assuming I'm not the only regular player...

Played a lot of Madden 11 when I first got it, but haven't touched it for quite a few months now. Unless this new one is truly innovative or a massive step forward then I'll probably just keep 11 tbh.

I get them every now and then. I got 2010 so not sure on this one. Will be when it hits 25 quid or so if I do.

Played Madden 10. Online it is brilliant If played with a friend. Played Madden 11, Feels better than 2010 but not a major leap. Hopefully this will be better. Hopefully it won't include Bradys mullet

Is there even going to be an NFL this season?

I wouldn't mind trying it as people rave about it, but I have no idea of the rules of American Football and everytime I have seen it on tv it has left me feeling confused and annoyed that they have so many stoppages and time outs.

That's what I thought. It's easy.

I'm a massive NFL fan but I haven't been fan of the madden games. Last one I bought was 07. I'll buy this one on release I have a feeling NFL won't even be played this year. So I need my fix.

In first post you should add everyones gamertag so we can have games. Playing with Yankee doodles is almost impossible lag.
