That is impressive and when you consider all the first party games they've sold for those systems as well = bank.

Not quite or might have by now, but as of November 2010 the PS2 had sold 147.6 million. Bloody close either way.

I think its interesting that the Wii might not end up beating the PS2s sales.

At 62 million, it does have quite a way to go, doesn't it. But then we still haven't had that price cut yet.

Me too, and it just goes to show how incredible that PS2 record is.

I don't actually think the Wii will beat it. I don't think Nintendo have the console sellers (for Wii at least) left in them to shift 60million more Wiis
