Ravenously playing through Batman: Arkham City at a pace and a half.

Loving every minute of it. Just did the bit with Ra'z Al Ghul. Despite prouncining it horribly, I can't find anything much wrong with it. I do find quite a lot of the Riddler trophies quite tedious but just don't do them if I can't be bothered.

So much better than the frustratingly average 2010 game, especially when played in co-op. It plays extremely well with the speed wheel too, though the lack of a headset port on the wheel means co-op is pad-only, if you want to speak to the other player online.

Motorstorm RC (PS3)
I thought the demo on our store's Vita was terrible but thought I'd still take the plunge anyway on PS3 (£4.79 is too good to pass up, especially when you have £70 of credit to burn - £20 of which was basically free). It's miles better than that demo and the controls have been tightened up considerably - though no idea why anyone would try playing with the alternate scheme as it's strawberry floating awful!

I really can't get into this. Think I'll give it a break until the new film gets me in the mood.

They are pronouncing it properly. I do prefer the other way though.

His name is in Arabic. It means Head of the Demon, not "Quilt of the Demon" as they keep saying.

I'm right near the end, at Wonder Tower. Got loads of little side missiony bits and things left though. Can I go back and carry on after?

Yeah, you can do what you like after finishing.

Not very far at all in this, in fact every time I go to play it something comes up (ooh er) and I don't get to put as much time into it as I'd like. That said, what I have played of it I've really liked. Only ever played the demo of the first game (despite having the full version on my HDD) but it definitely has that 'Crackdown' feel to it.

What was the general consensus of this on the forum then?

I didn't really think the ending of Infamous 2 was that great. The end boss was pish. Finished it very recently. The rest of the game is effing aces though. Loved it.

Does the mission structure change up, or is it similar all throughout?

Not really, if you've played 5 minutes of Infamous 1, you've played through the entire structure of 1 and 2.

I thought 2 was ok, incredibly overrated - Got very bored of it and thought the last couple of areas where terrible as well (though I'm pretty sure Suzz loves the water areas for some bizarre reason)

Didn't help I hated pretty much the entire story and all of the characters. Powers constantly felt underpowered and generally limp

I really didn't enjoy it much sadly.

Loved the first but it just pissed me off in the end. Really struggled to see it properly for some reason.

Suzz is right. I was enjoying it loads and then hit a brick wall. I couldn't make out what was going on as it progressed, the enemies seemed to blend into the background (poor eyes of course) and I got really fed up with it.

Played a good 40 mins of Angry Birds yesterday but I think I'm done with that game already. It just got boring after a while and I just have no urge to touch it again. Ah well, back to Halo: CE for me.

Why oh why doesn't the Company of Heroes tutorial tell you there is a pause button :|

I repeatedly had my ass handed to me trying to do a skirmish on easy for about five hours last night. FIVE HOURS! Then I google "how the strawberry float do you play coh".

:fp: :x :fp: :x

Great game

I'd love to get into Infamous 2, but the original bored the piss out of me. So much so that despite getting the game for free I still haven't completed it, and have a save roughly 2/3 of the way through the second island still waiting for me to care enough to play it. I know the sequel is miles better, but really cannot force myself through the original first

If you feel that way about the first game, you'd probably feel the same about Infamous 2. They are very similar.
