Ah well third place is alright considering I havnt played beyond 100cc yet I guess.

I knew the coins worked in the snes mario kart but had no idea they worked in the time trials in this . That last time i posted was set by slowing down on the first lap and collecting the coins and then catching up with my previous best within the second lap. FUUUUU.

Still, I'm not sure i'd have got close to 1.19

That track owns. I TT'd it a few times last night and it always felt there were things here and there to reduce my time. It's why I picked it. ^^

Also since it's not one big long section like Wuhu Island was, it feels like you can work out where you can go faster.

Oh laps are definitely better than a section.

I loved Bowser's as it had nice short laps so it really felt focused and never ending in regards to improving.

Currently on a respectable 2.06.570. I think I can shave at least another second off that with my current route. There's a ghost data on my DS with 1.53 though

Had a couple of go's. Started off with about 2:35 then dropped into the low 2:10s. Would do better if I could work out how to navigate the bit with the bouncing notes correctly.

Yeah, just clocked myself that the last lap make them bounce quicker!

As for last week, I was all for cutting inside the first set of Thwomps and then avoiding the gliding part as I couldn't land the kart properly!

OK, I can't leave it alone. My problem was trying to use my old Wario + Kart combo on a course that really works better for me with a lighter character.

There's so many obstacles getting in the way of just getting round the track, I literally want to pull my own teeth out. So irritating, and so addictive!
