I played this almost constantly when I was about 11. Also I'm another person who thinks THPS3 is better. I loved 2 and the soundtrack (especially blood brothers) will always have a special place but 3 is one of my all time favourite games. SSX Tricky as well. Re-lived my pre-teen years whilst reading through some of these games.

Smackdown 2, along with THPS2 defined the first year of sixth form for me. They probably contributed quite a bit to my cocking up my AS levels.

Totally worth it.

Though with current tech there's no reason they can't remake the first 3 in HD entirely on one disc.


Though coming from activision I should be greatful they're not remake each one seperately for retail release.
