She loves her DS so I'm sure she'll notice the 3D effects, the slider analogue stick, why the games doesn't work on her DS and they don't have a red 3DS in so I'm sure she'll definitely notice a sudden change in its colour.

Or she's being clever by preventing me buying a 3DS. Women are that crafty. :shifty:

Lol I have told her when she gave the DSi to me. But I'm happy with it. Means I don't have to buy one just for the sake of it.

More games would be released by the time I pick it up so in theory it's a win-win situation.

Also this means I've owned every single DS apart from the DS XL. Building up quite a collection of handheld consoles on my shelves. GBC, GBA Advance, GBA SP, GBA Micro, DS, DS Lite, DSi...

Two more to go! :shifty:

Chrono Trigger is a game I'd actually be interested in.

Bought Wild Guns the other day...not tried it yet, but it looks awesome.

Got Chrono Trigger on DS and Mega Man X on PSP. But I hope we get stuff like Secret of Evermore, Illusion of Time, Mega Man X2, X3 and Yoshi'S Island at some point.

Mega Man X would be better.

You've never played Soleil?! :shock:

Yeah, its a Zelda-style RPG but it has more than enough originality to stand on its own. The Primary selling point is you animal followers, of which you can equip 2 at a time. These offer various combat and exploration upgrades such as the lion giving you a flaming sword, the butterfly letting you direct a thrown blade and the raccoon disguising itself as you to fool enemies (very Pom Poko). These can be combined for extra effects, such as the lion/penguin who combine fire and ice into a black blade of death.

It was as good as Link to the Past, and easily better than Story of Thor.

Chrono Trigger confirmed for Europe by S-E:
