It's not that, it's that some of the stuff got a little excessive.

After all, we do want to attract new members, and I'm not sure a lot of newcomers would be too enamoured with reading posts about ejaculate dripping out of nostrils and such.

I was just replying to MCN's post about attracting new audiences. I'm not suggesting I don't want to see you two on here or anything like that.

And it might be a bit of fun, but please don't go complaining when stuff is locked/cleaned up/whatever. Mike's getting an awful lot of undeserved stick simply for being proactive about trying to draw a line. I couldn't stick being a mod, but I will give him my full support every time, because at some points you have to say 'hang on a minute...'.

It's not about stopping fun, it's about trying to have some sense of semi-organised chaos, or things get very messy.
