I’ve just realised that the infamous Bishop of Bath and Wells in Blackadder…

was played by the same guy as the melty-face Nazi in Raiders of the Lost Ark.

To be honest, not much has changed since those (albiet fictional) days in the west country.

Hot Fuzz is my top 'modern-ish' comedy film, its sensational.

I was going to come in here to Mention Blackadder II (and TBF IV) and Lord Flash-heart but by page 3 i assume it's been said many times....WOOF. I LIKE IT FIRM AND FRUITY.

I reckon I’ve rewatched S3-6 of Red Dwarf more times than anything else. S6 especially, although it’s the only one I had on tape during the hiatus years.

Very few. I just find the comedy diminishes after multiple watches. I used to love Red Dwarf but after repeated viewings it just falls a bit flat. I find this more so with TV shows as I'm more likely to have watched them a lot. It doesn't mean I can't see why they are funny, I just don't find them funny.

Some like it Hot. The Jerk. The Nutty Professor (1963). All classics.
Planes, Trains & Automobiles, Richard Prior standup, also great.
