Probably not the most obvious one in the show, but I love the William Morris Years episode of Peep Show. It has some great lines. Admittedly, the show loses something in Season 7 and 8 but 9 comes back strong I think.

I always forget how long Peepshow went on for. For some reason I have it as a 4 season long thing.

I don't agree with the premise of the question, suggesting most comedy doesn't withstand multiple viewings. I find comedy one of the most rewatchable genres and I can't think of a comedy show or film I like that I wouldn't rewatch.

For most rewatchable I'd say the cornetto trilogy and airplane, they just get better with every viewing.

I watched them both very recently (currently working through "Comic Strip Presents..." on BritBox) and they're... quite good.

I've got a rip of Machadaynu in my iTunes library, so I can listen to it the instant I feel the need.
