What have you regretted getting rid of?

We've all been there: you have junk cluttering up your home/room so off it goes to the bin or charity shop, then years later you realise what a mistake you made.
Back when my son was born I needed to clear out the spare room and one of the biggest items was my old Scorponok transformer just sat there gathering dust.
Fast Forward 5 years and I realise he'd have loved a 2' tall transformer to play with

My first car, a 1975 MKI Escort in Mexico green.
Bought in 1996 when I was 17 for £200. I let it rust, then it got taken away when my dad's house got reposessed.
They are 1) cool and 2) worth a strawberry floating fortune now. Many go for five-figure sums.

My amiga A600 with about 100+ games, has the extra 1mb of ram too and second disc drive. Flogged it to a housemate at uni for £10
all for one night drinking.

I regret letting my sister near both my boxed NES with zappa and robot and link in gold case, and my N64. Both got sold when she was skint thinking at least the first would be replaceable.
I kinda miss my real long hair too. But not the upkeep.
