Georgie Thompson has either quit or been axed from Sky Sports F1. According to the Daily Mail the other day she wanted a bigger role and Sky told her no.

BT Sport on the horizon I wonder, or a return to Sky Sports News if she isn't done with Sky completely.

Can she just be done with broadcasting completely

I like Brundle obviously but she was the only part of the Sky F1 package that they brought in that I liked. Don't see why she couldn't present on race day?

She was obviously not really interested in the sport though, the questions she used to ask Davidson on the sky pad thing were cringe worthy.

Always thought Pinkman (is that her name?) should be more prominent, she knows her stuff.

She's much more conventional than Thompson but she's so damn pretty. Did anyone see her at the McLaren launch? Dayum.

Really? I think it's arguably the ugliest of 2013. Hate the shape of the nose and the silver and green look terrible together.

People overstate the aesthetic impact of the stepped noses. Done right, I think they can actually be an attractive feature.

I agree, I liked the red Bull nose last year, and this yeah its pretty good too.

If they really want a woman they should go for Louise Goodman. Granted she isn't eye candy but she genuinely loves and lives F1 and Motorsport and was pretty good on ITV. BBC should have had her replace Jake rather than that Moto GP girl.
