Nice pics. Love how close you were to... everything. Oh, and Jessica is a tonne better than Nicole. :datass:

It was a great finishing podium at that race, too. I do have a massive soft-spot for Grosjean, which is growing again now the memory of his cock-ups is fading.

The race wasnt that great really up until the last 15 or so laps, then it became a stand up and cheer them on job.

I just had a look at Silverstone tickets, strawberry float sake, HOW MUCH?! Sure, you can get general admission but having sat in mediocre seats the first time I went I wouldn't settle for anything less than Pit straight now.

Just think how great it would be if we could get a bunch of us from here to go and camp for the weekend. :datass:

Although that would mean spending a weekend in my company, so I guess its swings and roundabouts.

 It would be awesome; I'd be up for it in theory, but not this year.

I camped the past two years, in horrendous weather. I'm not going this year, and my job is currently under threat so I can't splash out. Would be awesome if you got either pit straight or maybe at Club Corner - so you can see them approaching through Vale.

I was thinking Club too, get to see some heavy braking and then some overtaking if last year's race is anything to go by.

The cost of it is what prompted us to go to Canada instead of Silverstone again. Its not that much more to be somewhere where you can make a really good holiday out of it, plus it was ridiculously hot all weekend and we got to sleep in a sweet hotel, rather than camp with a bunch of ugly english people in the rain.

What are people's thoughts after the first few days of testing then? Difficult to tell anything concrete but Ferrari look consistently quick. They could have a genuinely quick car, for a change.

Perhaps. Who knows what fuel load were they running today for Felipe Massa. I wouldn't say anything yet, as it's still too early to tell who's quickest and all that.

Although, out of all teams, I felt Ferrari pushed further with their development on the car and focus more this year.

For Mercedes, I'm sure the atmosphere isn't positive in the garage and their big issue is reliability. Yet, they clocked up somewhat decent times within 0.8 seconds from the quickest time.

Rosberg managed nearly 150 laps today, too.

Did I ever post my Monza pics in here?

Will definitely look to go back again this season, it was bloody expensive but without a doubt the best sporting event Ive been too, so many awesome moments. I'd go back to Monza because I know it would be great again but I'd also like to try another race.

I think Ferrari have already confirmed that they wouldn't have Alonso and Vettel driving together (or was that Red Bull confirming they wouldn't have Alonso and Vettel together?)

Christ, Gutierrez's voice is annoying. I agree with whomever was saying so.

Lewis Hamilton did 145 laps with Mercedes and it seemed they've solved their issue.

I wonder if Ferrari will get Brawn back for 2014 if Mercedes drop him?

I can't believe how slow those cars look through the last chicane there in Suzuka. Really bizarre.

Very sad news about DC's sister.
