It's like the game was originally supposed to be in Victorian/Jack-the-Ripper London and then somehow ended up in France.

Has anyone else's GT stream quality taken a nosedive into the toilet?

Number of people on screen is impressive, unless they're using the ol' Kameo sprite tricky.

I'm hoping the campaign in this is suited for co-op, would be great to co-ordinate attacks with a small team.

There's a sizeable market for having games localised into French, Spanish, Italian, etc. that doesn't exist with Welsh.
