Thought it was a good finale. It's not a perfect series but I found it quite enjoyable. Shame Amelia's mum didn't get enough time to be able to really connect with her character.

Yeah, it was a bit too fluffy throughout. There was rarely any sense of genuine peril in any of the characters' situations (apart from that one guy who was in the plane crash, and we didn't even see it happen). It definitely did improve, though, and the two episodes that made up the finale were arguably the best since the pilot.

Been watching the US schedule, I really like it actually. Thinking back to what it was like they've definitely changed it this season, its much more focused. I actually liked all the random stuff going on in the first season, but this is good too.

It'd be great if it turned out to be Jack Bauer was having some sort of mental breakdown and thought all this was real, then the show ends with him snapping out of it and kicking some terrorist arse :datass:

I thought it finished ages ago? Without spoiling it, it has a definitive ending but there is enough there to come back to if they had the chance.

I think it had ran its course anyway. Anything more would have felt contrived.

Just seen the last episode. See what you mean about the number cog thing right at the end but least it can end there. Season 2 was much better
