I love the movement and parkour elements, they make the game seem hyper kinetic and when the levels design is good it makes moving around great. The first map I played on was bone-yard or something and it sucked for running around and maintaining momentum. Enjoying piloting the Titans as well, seem really heavy and dashing around reminds me of Mech Warrior/AC. The balancing for of Pilots vs Mechs seems spot on. I'm just wondering how long the game can keep me on board for since there is no SP. Graphically the game is rough as strawberry float.
Agree with what you say - some maps really flow and make wallrunning a joy. Flickering between on-foot and Titan action is brilliant, as well, and keeps things fresh.
The thing that will hook you is the challenges and regenerating/levelling up. From G2 onwards (I think) you have to satisfy certain challenges in order to be able to regenerate to the next generation. Those challenges change each gen and, generally, get tougher. They're seriously, seriously addictive.
Since they've introduced certain game modes (e.g. Frontier Defence) it's made certain challenges much easier to obtain, which has kinda ruined some of them (e.g. killing x number of enemy Titans by rodeoing them - that is dead easy to do in Frontier Defence against the AI Titans), but they're still great fun.
