TNA did bad didn't they? :|

Q7: Lost 188,000 viewers (Daniel Bryan vs. Dolph Ziggler vs. Cody Rhodes vs. Zack Ryder)

Shame that match was really good, and the double dive spot was just

Probably the best match of the night that.

I'm surprised the Del Rio, Punk, Orton, Miz match lost viewers considering some of the big names that were involved in that match. On a side note though, how Snooki won the A-Lister of the year award ahead of Hugh Jackman i'll never know :x

Final Resolution did 9000 buys if that's what you mean.

They're always around that mark I think so nothing new.

Wrestling Observer wrote:Jim Ross was supposed to rap, but forgot his lines, twice. It was bad enough but then later in the show Cole went off on it, and noted Ross tweeting about it (which he did), which exposed during the body of the show that the verbiage is scripted.

New direction - admitting the show has a script on air. Otherwise known in the trade as 'Doing a Russo'.

I actually thought that the whole point of the rap was that the crowd would say that JR won however bad he was. Proving that they prefer JR to Cole.

What exactly was it that was said later on that proved that the show was scripted? I remember Cole mentioning JR tweeting but not what he said.

I don't remember EXACTLY, but i remember Cole mentioning JR's tweet which he apparently posted the rap that he was going to do but he forgot on the spot, then i'm pretty sure that Cole just called him a fool or something for forgetting his rap. I can't remember how JR worded his Tweet or what Cole said exactly though.

You'll be pleased to learn there's a Live RAW on Boxing Day from Chicago, Illinois. They really should bring the Christmas Year in Review show back.

I think that's a bit picky to be honest worrying about the scripted thing. Only a very tiny minority of fans would have noticed, they all know it's scripted anyway, and this isn't the 80s when it was a cardinal sin for wrestlers and promoters to break the 4th wall.

strawberry float that... a Boxing Day show... with a good Chicago crowd. Will be the best Raw in months, I'm confident of that.

It really does feel like it's been a while since Raw has had a crowd that's proper into the action and stuff. Granted when crowds have to watch Cole and JR raping and dancing...you can't blame them for being deflated, but i'm hoping we get a pretty good atmosphere from that show. No doubt Punk will still be the champ by then. Question is who he'll be feuding with.

I liked the year in review shows because it gave you a week's break from everything. Now I feel obliged to watch it. Is kinda nice watching wrestling with the Christmas Tree all lit up though. :shifty:
