Rikishi was one of the worst heel turns ever. With Too Cool he was always super over but once they made him heel it basically ruined his, Scotty 2 Hotty's and Grand Master Sexay's WWE career. I will concede that the bump he took in that 6 man Hell In A Cell at Armageddon 2000 was impressive mind you.

Isn't "ironclad contract" the usual get-out clause for these type of scenarios?

What a crock of gooseberry fool if thats true!!Sheamus is from Ireland,we're not in the UK!

It makes up for the fact Finlay is British, but was billed as being Irish throughout his last WWE run. ;)

I watched Raw, and I actually found it okay. I just wish the miz or punk were the champions. I'm so sick of the same thing going on for months. Why can't they just make new matches for each ppv? How can they think that people want to see the same men/man fighting over and over again.

I liked the building RAW was in Monday - made things look slightly different.

It was a decent show. After last week, decent is good.

I agree. I thought the show was alright this week but obviously not great.

I think Miz and Truth feuding with Punk with one of them as champ would be excellent right now. However it appears currently to be being used as a vehicle to give HHH a program and not to push one of them.

Also i agree with KK about this weeks arena, it did have a different feel to it compared to all the clean, crisp american arena's.

Also last weeks Z! True Long Island Story for those that may not have seen it. There's actually a lot of build for the Ziggler/Ryder storyline. I hadn't seen the last two episodes and didn't realise that they had done that much build up. They really need to push the show more on Raw when they are talking about Ryder and Ziggler. There's some really good build there.

WWE.com have got a load of photos from the Mexico tour, one from a house show:

Image

I really wish they'd do more TV shows outdoors. I don't know why they're so against it, as it's something different & breaks up the monotony that all the shows look the same - especially now. One thing I always loved about WCW, every year they'd spice it up with something new.

And on the subject of WCW, WWE are asking us to name another Network show:

WWE Network launches in 2012, but we're already taking names for our new slate of shows, including a controversial look back at the Monday Night War. Waged between WWE and WCW during the 90's, this battle for TV dominance unfolded live each week, giving rise to some of the most iconic Superstars and storylines of our time. And you get to relive it in one action-packed television season.

What would you name this new WWE Network show?

  • 1. Battleground: Raw vs. Nitro
  • 2. Battleground: The Monday Night Wars
  • 3. The Monday Night War
  • 4. WWE Raw vs. WCW Nitro
  • 5. Monday Night Warfare

It's on the front page of .com. I like Battleground: The Monday Night Wars.

One of the longest tenures in the WWE has come to an end; Spanish broadcaster Hugo Savinovich has been released by the company. Hugo made the announcement on YouTube and proceeded to thank the fans, co-workers and Vince McMahon for giving him the opportunity to work for the organization.

Hugo Savinovich and Carlos Cabrera provided Spanish commentary for matches on both television and pay-per-view events. They became part of a long running joke where their announce table would always end up getting destroyed during the course of a show.

But he was part of the furniture. :(

I was actually wondering why he wasn't on Raw on Saturday/Monday.

They seem pretty damn serious about this WWE Network. I'm liking the sound of the whole Monday Night Wars being shown. Out of the names on choice i think i'd vote for Battleground: Raw vs. Nitro.
