strawberry float sake, he was far too young!

I actually rather liked the guy, especially for the brief period he was paired with Jericho.

R.I.P.

He was okay in the ring. Entirely lacking in charisma, though.

Still, it's such a shame. And this time, the WWE genuinely went out of their way to help him several times. The last time he was there and he strawberry floated up, his trainer, Shawn Michaels, snapped and said "You've strawberry floated up. You're done, it's over."

Even after all the deaths it still saddens me when another wrestler dies. R.I.P.

Lance Storm posted this on the F4W forums in response to somebody blaming the WWE schedule.

This pisses me off. It's not the strawberry floating WWE schedule, that's just the excuse people like to throw out there. I worked there and never touch a drug. QUIT blaming the schedule, or the bumps, its these strawberry floating excuses that allow drug users use to justify their use. Until we quit making excuses and tolerating drug use becuase, "the schedule is too hard, so it's all WWE's fault" this problem will never go away.

The end of Impact was a mess. Didn't care about it at all. The end image was a bit too gruesome for wrestling too in my opinion.

Reaction............ Complete joke.

Statement from the WWE:

WWE.com wrote:World Wrestling Entertainment was informed Friday morning by Lance McNaught’s father that he has passed away of apparent heart failure. WWE extends its deepest condolences to the McNaught family. Mr. McNaught was under contract beginning March 2003, performing under the name "Lance Cade," and was released October 2008. Lance Storm is in the minority of wrestlers that cope with the road very well. Of course personal responsibility comes into it, but Vince should show some responsibility too. The schedule is murder. If wrestlers had a mandatory 2 months off a year wrestlers would be healthier and last longer.

Shame about Cade, another one gone so young. I really quite enjoyed his team with Trevor Murdoch at one time, pity he never really made it any bigger than that. RIP.

TMZ.com wrote:WWE star JTG -- formerly of the tag team Cryme Tyme -- claims some deadbeat sold him fake tickets to a Lady Gaga concert recently ... and now the perp is in for a "Brooklyn-style beatdown."

JTG -- a self-professed Gaga fanatic -- tells TMZ, he went on Craigslist.com and successfully tracked down and purchased two $125 tickets to Lady G's sold out Wednesday night show in L.A. But when he showed up to the Staples Center, the ticket lady refused to accept them ... because they were fake.

Now JTG is on the rampage, desperately trying to track down the scumbag who swindled him -- but first, he wants to make sure the bad guy gets the respect he deserves.

The wrestler tells TMZ, "Game recognize game, so I gotta respect his hustle. But when I catch him, I hope he can respect my Brooklyn-style beatdown."

JTG says he's been power dialing the Craigslist con artist ever since ... but it keeps going straight to voicemail.

Ticketmaster it or don't bother is my motto. Not worth the risk.
