I really can't see them giving Kaval the Intercontinental Title. They've consistently buried him since he came to Smackdown. Though it would create some NXT symmetry with Daniel Bryan being the US champ.

The WWE's so backwards at times. They'll have someone lose for ages, only for them to suddenly win the title. And then continue losing. It should be patented as 'Swaggered'.

Maybe Miz won't go for the raw title?

It's all really up in the air. They're stuck in the position of having two young guys to elevate if Miz cashes in. Managing Miz and Barrett both rising to the title at the same time would be a bad move as both need a solid reign to cement their main event place for the future. There is always the KOTR to redeem one if they lost momentum but then you're still left with new young champ vs new young challenger which is not ideal.

Is it still a submission match? If not, R-Truth knocks Cena and Orton out and joins Nexus. He uses John Cena's hand to count to 3, saving Cena from having to make a decision. Not the best finish, but I can see them doing it.
