As for Brock, he's clearly good enough to be in the UFC (you don't beat Frank Mir and Shane Carwin by chance) but he's hugely inexperienced compared to the some of the guys there and of course has plenty of room for improvement (Cain Velasquez being one who exposed that).

But when his current UFC contract expires, is he really going to think "gooseberry fool, I was heavyweight champ here, but now Cain's got it I won't get it back" (or whoever holds the title at that time) or will he think "gooseberry fool, I was heavyweight champ here, I need to get my belt back". I can't see him turning his back on the chance to be a respected MMA fighter to go back to the WWE where he'd become a laughing stock for returning to fake fighting and stepping from a rising product (UFC) to a failing one (WWE).

Even if there was something written into his UFC contract, I can't see him touching the WWE again. He comes across as too proud to do that.

It's called being a heel. In all accounts, WWE has exploited Eddie Guerrero's death since he passed away five years ago. Using his memory as a storyline, letting Orton trample on it and for some reason, allowing Vikki Guerrero work in the company and then get with Edge. Along with that, They've made Chavo the jobber of the century. If that isn't stamping and spitting on his and the Guerrero legacy, I don't know what is
