I can't see TNA getting rid of the six sided ring, it is what makes TNA, TNA.

It's superfluous. The six sided ring was brought in to make them different from WWE when Impact first launched. It failed. All it is is a reminder of that and how they've lost their way from when they were first founded.

Was only scheduled for a month to try and get people to subscribe to Virgin.

Ridiculous, right?

What the strawberry float? Absolutly pointless.

TNA could very easily get rid of the 6 sides to be honest. It really won't make a big difference.

The 6-sides have never really added anything to any particular bouts - there's no moments I can think of that wouldn't have been equally as doable on 4 sides. 4-sides are better for one reason - each corner is more 'memorable'. It's easy to get geographically confused when viewing something done of one of there 6-corners, whereas we all remember which corners The Rock done his taunt off, which ones Austin and HHH head up on for some tauntage, etc. Reduce the places and complexity = each corner having more personality and prominence.

I'm a hard core TNA fan too, and I would gladly see the 6 traded for the 4. Or even better, the 2-sided ring Samolian Joe wrestled on in Madagascar.

It's one of the most hardcore TNA references I could possibly think of:

Lots of people seem to have gone for the whitewash of faces in the World Championship matches.

Can't see it myself.

I've been thinking about changing my prediction to Jerishow, i think they are great as champs and having them on both shows really adds something special.

Also on the Umaga death i was very suprised that that they ignored him on RAW especially as they were quick to pay tributes to him on wwe.com. I can only assume that it is because they assume that it will be linked to drugs that they are trying to distance themselves but it is sad that they chose to ignore it especially as he has worked there for quite a few yrs and his family have a lot of connections with wwe.
