I'd say bottom five, myself. Certainly better than 4, 9 & 11. WrestleMania 1 watched now is also terrible, but in the relevance of time I don't think it's fair to judge.

A universal mauling for Bret/Vince wherever you go. Really quite sad, to be honest.

Really? I'd say still overall this years was much better than last years bar Taker HBK last year

Yeah it wasn't a bad PPV by any means and it did have the big event feel despite the lackluster crowd. Of the 'mania's I've seen in full I'd go.

1) 17
2) 19
3) 24
4) 21
5) 20
6) 23
7) 22
8) 26
9) 25

Reminds me that I downloaded the whole of WM10 aaaaaages ago. Should get round to it

I do think the commentary after much debate today at Uni, was a huge thing to do with the feeling of us viewers at home. It was not exciting, Lawler was very quiet, I hardly heard him, Cole kept asking Stryker questions who replied with uninteresting rubbish and dribble. Props to Styker giving it a go, Cole just looked so happy to be the main broadcast guy  But if anything, this proves that

WWE needs Jim Ross
WWE has no replacement bar Vince McMahon (which is highly unlikely) to replace Jim Ross

If JR retires or goes to TNA WWE are screwed.

Apparently HBK is retired.

Like Mick Foley? We will have to see but word is Shawn Michaels is retired properly, I'd wager he'd return for a few matches here and there, but it just didn't feel like he'd retired last night. I was crying out for his music to play when he stood in the ring alone, it would of been such a moment.

As I've said before, there's only one match he really needs to come back for and that's against HHH at Wrestlemania. I'd preferably like to see that at MGS but that's probably going to be Wrestlemania 30, which is a bit far off

I really cannot believe you have XX so low. Also you need to see 16 and X8. Two of the best! And 19 is not the best card ever.

I watched 21 and 24 live which gives them a big advantage, I do need to watch 20 again though.

Don't have time to elaborate right now but my top 10 Manias:

1) Mania 17 - Best main event ever and the entire card from the opener, Regal-Jericho to the Hardcore match were excellent. 'Hot' crowd. The stars aligned for this one and may never again.
2) Mania 19 - Rock-Austin 3, Lesnar-Angle, HBK-Jericho
3) Mania 18 - Rock-Hogan was one of those moments, also Stacy Keibler's ass.
4) Mania 15 - Rock-Austin 1, Bossman being hung
5) Mania XX - Hilarious spectacle of Lesnar-Goldberg. Amazing Trip-threat main event. Rock n' Sock.
6) Mania 3 - Savage-Steamboat was wow, Hogan-Andre
7) Mania 24 - Flair-Michaels, Show-Mayweather
8) Mania 2000 - Head Cheese, Triangle Ladder Match, McMahon in every corner
9) Mania 10 - Bret-Owen masterclass
10) Mania 6 - Hogan-Warrior

Very much this.

You've done a great job as usual Rog and your work and generosity here in this thread does not go unnoticed by anyone who partakes in GRAPL.

I'm a bit disappointed that you were expecting me to go off on one. That sounds like a perfectly reasonable way to decide the winner and my congratulations go out to ROTS.

Mania was awful :( It's such a shame that, if HBK is retired, that was his last match. Not that the match was bad, but by that point I had become so dissinterested by the 3 hours of gooseberry fool that came before it.

Wow that was close! Jesus. Thanks Zellery. Event started out great for me but then as it went on i seemed to be dropping points all over.

Thanks Rog for all the effort, i will pm you tomorrow.

I haven't read the comments about Mania so have no idea what people thought but for me it was shite. I watched it this morning and i was bored throughout most of it. Although i liked some of the results, Jericho & Showmiz retaining, overall it was crap. No matches stood out for me. Although i wanted Christian to win, i'm glad that Swagger won, i did not expect that but i happy he did.

The whole event for me was a let down, it just didn't have that wrestlemania feel, the location was great, the decor for the arena was good but everything else shite. Cena always has a really big entrance, but what the strawberry float was that all about? Last year HBK had an awesome entrance but this year nothing.

The crowd?? funeral audience more like.

And last but not least, didn't the Hart family look like a bunch of morons? they all look slow and overweight, aside from the awesome Hart Dynasty.

Get ready for the champ specific rules! :x

The rumoured new champ rule next season is that Rog buys all of your family members to work for him and try to screw you over whenever they can.

I think he actually took that all in good fun and thought it would be funny to go up to them and celebrate with them. Which of course, it was.
